Two more "Ukrainian Helicopters" aircrafts were timely positioned under the framework of the UNAMID mission in Sudan

"Ukrainian Helicopters" Company, having used its experience and knowledge, did fulfill its commitments and allocated two more Mi-8 MTV-1 aircrafts to the UNAMID mission area (Darfur).

April 14 was established as the positioning date, and on April 15 two aircrafts of "Ukrainian Helicopters" started providing air transportation services for the UN, thus demonstrating efficient way of fulfilling contract obligations that got appreciation on the part of the UNAMID mission leaders.

At present, there are 20 Mi-8 MTV-1 helicopters of the Company taking part in the United Nations Organization's peace-support missions, to include ten aircrafts in Darfur (the Republic of the Sudan), five aircrafts in the Southern Sudan, two aircrafts in the Democratic Republic of Congo, two helicopters in Haiti and one in the Ivory Coast.
