The crew's mission is directly coordinated by the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations representatives in Kaluga oblast that also provide for the efficiency of their work performance.
The aerial work on the firefighting is carried out by the crew under the guidance of an experienced pilot-in-command Sergei Nozdrin who had previously participated in extinguishing the forest fires in Portugal and Turkey.
"Ukrainian Helicopters" management does its best to ensure smooth execution of firefighting operations. They are in permanent contact with the crew.
